Ingredients:
Salted Egg Yolk, Cooking Oil (palm oil), Flour, Sugar, Salt, MSG, Sodium Benzoate (E211).
Steps of Cooking:
1) Sauté some chili padi and curry leaves with 100gm of butter or margarine, add in 100gm of Dappo's Salted Egg, Mix it, do ensure the fire is in slow heat.
2) Add in 350-400gm of pre-fried meat, seafood or vegetables. Mix it well and ready to serve.
Storage:
Keep in a cold and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Consume immediately after open.
